• 2face Idibia

Innocent Idibia better known by his stage name 2face Idibia, or 2Baba, is a Nigerian veteran singer-songwriter, record producer and entrepreneur.

He completed his mansion worth about 400 million naira in 2016. In addition to this, there is some information that he became an owner of two luxurious mansions in Lagos.

• Timaya

In 2018, media started talking about the new Timaya mansion that he recently purchased for himself and his family. The house was rumored to be in Lekki, which is a prestigious area of Lagos, prominent for its real estate. All the Nigerian celebrities who can afford luxurious houses usually buy a house in Lekki. Eventually, it turned out that the new house of Timaya is not just the rumor – he, indeed, have made an expensive purchase in Lekki, and the new Timaya house is simply gorgeous.

According to the approximate calculations and reports, the new house of Timaya costs about N500 million, which is a super impressive price. The singer’s residence definitely looks like a palace. From what we have seen in the pictures, there are multiple bedrooms and other rooms for any need, which all have extremely expensive furniture made of the rare materials.

• Davido

Davido’s super finished four bedroom semi-detached duplex house is also in Lekki. The luxury home which is argued to be one with one of the best interior designed celebrity homes in Nigeria cost an outstanding N140 Million naira.

• Tiwa Savage

Mavin songstress Tiwa Savage is among the top celebrities living at Richmond Gate Estate in Lekki Lagos, a serene estate by Haven Homes at Ikate Elegushi area of Lekki Lagos. I don’t know about you, but this mansion looks amazing and eye catching.
From the gate of the estate, one can see rows of beautiful houses in the estate.

• WizKid

Nigerian hip-hop star, Ayo Balogun, popularly called Wizkid, purchased a mansion in Los Angeles, California, USA. He has been in the United States for some time.

Although, the cost of the mansion wasn’t made public, it would be worth millions of dollars considering the size and its location (Los Angeles). Interestingly however, the mansion stands all alone in a country area, and Wizkid himself confirmed this on his Instagram page with the lines:

• Peter Okoye

Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye aka Mr P (Psquare) showed off his Ikoyi mansion and his fleet of cars sometime last year. Spotted in his garage are two Range Rovers, a Benz G-Wagon, a Wrangler Jeep and his newly acquired Dodge Challenger which is rumored to be in the range of N30 million.
