A roperty investment company, Lifepage Group, has reiterated its resolve to build one million houses for different classes of Nigerians by the end of 2041.
The group’s Managing Director, Mr. Oladipupo Clement, who disclosed this in Lagos, said the initiative would be achieved through its different platforms.
He also announced a 90-day end-of-the-year offer for subscribers as part of activities geared towards giving back to its customers.
Through this offer, a lucky customer stands the chance to win a 10-year interest-free mortgage, while other prizes include; N1 million and N500,000 cash respectively.
Clement said the company had served over 5,000 clients, sold about two million square metres of land, and currently developing over 200 houses to bridge the housing deficit.
According to him, the firm is positioned to provide investment opportunities for the creation and retention of wealth.
The firm’s Executive Director, Product Development and Estates, Mr. Opeoluwa Oni, said anyone who subscribes to any of the company’s products with a minimum of N1 million stands a chance of winning any of the prizes.
He said winners would be selected through a draw at the company’s gratitude party.
Oni said the firm is also planning a groundbreaking ceremony for homes and apartments, which will also mark the second phase of its Mowe town housing project.
“This event will signal the second phase of our latest development – Almond County in Mowe town. The first phase started on August 1, involving the sale of land, and the second phase of the project will involve the development of homes and apartments.”
Some of the product offerings from the company, include investment packages with guaranteed returns on investment, land, and affordable homes situated in prime locations within the country.
