Regarding future plans, Obaseki disclosed intentions to implement the 30-year Edo Regional Development and Benin City Master Plans, envisioning a roadmap for development over the next three decades.
He also acknowledged the economic significance of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), recognizing its diverse influence encompassing valuation, project management, consulting, and infrastructure management.
