During the third edition of the Real Estate Summit TERRApy 3.0, experts underscored the significance of trust and integrity in addressing the growing concerns of fraud and substandard structures in Nigeria's real estate industry.

 

Held in Lagos and organized by Terra Developers Ltd, the summit adopted the theme "Realtor Odyssey 360: Decoding and Mastering Real Estate Dynamics" and brought together a diverse array of real estate professionals from across the country. The event also featured workshops aimed at advancing the industry.

 

Mr. Kola Ashiru-Balogun, the CEO of Terra Developers, expressed deep concern about the decreasing proficiency of professionals within the real estate sector. The summit, being the third installment in its series, was specifically designed to promote a solution-driven approach to real estate practices.

Ashiru-Balogun emphasized the pivotal role of trust and integrity in every real estate transaction, urging all real estate professionals to be committed to leaving a lasting impression of trustworthiness and truthfulness in their business interactions.

George-Taylor stressed the need for the real estate sector in Nigeria to adapt to evolving trends by redefining the customer experience. This includes a focus on after-sales services, mastering email etiquette, and nurturing enduring client relationships that foster future referrals.
